We hope you love your piece from The Luxe Collection. Each item is carefully selected and crafted with quality in mind. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings, labrets, or body jewellery.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by a completed returns form
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalised or bespoke jewellery
- Sale items
- Gift vouchers
- Earrings, labrets, and body jewellery

Please note, returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed once items have been received and inspected
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, and we will resolve this promptly.
